We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM: The living room has a 55` Hisense smart TV which you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don`t provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscription so you will have to use your own account. Guest must use their own login for smart related available apps.
LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
PARKING: The parking garage can accommodate 1 vehicle. If you need more parking, there are a few options available. You could try the paid street parking on Bunda, and Allara Street. Alternatively, there are some parking garages located in the Canberra Centre that you could use.
COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES: You will have access to the building`s BBQ Area, pool, spa and gym throughout your stay. Amenities are located on the 9th floor.
The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners. We try our best to get the most accurate information to update the listing description as much as we can. In this regard, please check for building announcements at the time of your arrival to confirm availability of common areas.
Check-in details will be sent two days before your arrival. Access codes will be provided 4 hours before check-in to keep your booking secure.
Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the key set or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge.

CLOTHES DRYERS SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS FROM STRATA Residents are advised of the following important safety factors related to the use of clothes dryers within individual units: • The bi-fold doors to the laundry MUST remain fully open and adequate ventilation MUST be provided while the dryer is in operation. • The dryer MUST only be used when an occupant is present in the unit. • The lint filter MUST be cleaned of combustible lint before each use. • Rubber, foam or plastic materials MUST NOT be placed in the dryer. • Check and remove all objects from pockets before placing in the dryer. Before your reservation can be confirmed, please note that guest verification is required. Due to local council regulations, bookings remain pending until the verification process is completed. If verification is not completed within 24 hours, the booking may be automatically cancelled.

1. Check-in / Check-out - Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is before 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available if arranged in advance. Unauthorised late departures may incur a $110 per hour fee.

3. Cleaning - The cleaning fee covers normal turnover cleaning and linen. Please leave the property in a reasonable and tidy condition. Excessive mess may incur additional cleaning charges (minimum $50).
4. Registered Guests Only - Only the guests listed on the booking may stay at the property. If you are booking on behalf of others (e.g., business or government travel), please let us know in advance.
5. No Parties or Events - Parties or gatherings are strictly prohibited. The number of guests must not exceed the number booked. Visitors must leave by 10:00 PM, and quiet hours apply after this time. Breaches may result in cancellation of the stay and a $2,000 penalty.
6. Children - Children are welcome but must be supervised at all times, as the property is not child-proofed.
