The property was clean and met all our requirements. Lovely view and close to shops. Difficult to find the parking area. Written instructions would be useful.

My friends and I booked this apartment for a weekend away. On the day we were suppose to check in we received a text message from the host advising the apartments lock was broken and was unable to stay here, she organised for us to stay in another location. The new location was smaller, very old and in a location that felt unsafe. There were shopping trolleys and rubbish all over the place, aggressive neighbours. as well as NO LAKE SIDE VIEWS. When we arrived to the new location the host was uncontactable, not returning calls or messages givings us the impression that the original booking apartment did not exist at all. Do not book this apartment!!!

Check-in was 3pm, but owner did not respond to continual requests for communication until 2:45pm. She wasn't expecting me until the following day (her error) and key wasn't ready yet, so offered me a day free off my booking. Got key at 4pm. She has not refunded me yet (1 week later) and I doubt she will. The bedsheet had a bodily fluid stain, spare linen had a human hair in it, ice cubes had stains on it, cockroach leg in cutlery tray, dead beetle in kettle, powder stains on cloth chair seat. My wife spent a day at home washing every linen and towel (justifies the day free). I have heaps of disappointing photos - they NEVER vacuum under the beds or couch, so filthy under there with dust and dropped rubbish. AVOID THIS DUMPSTER!!!
