Started with the poor check in. Sent a code for a locked box and a second code but didn’t say keys and fob to operate lifts in seperate boxes. Discovered this and had to drive back to lock box and was late for the meeting I was in Canberra for. 6 night stay - only 2 towels and no face clothes. Had to wash my face with chux kitchen cloth. Decided to wash towels. Dryer so poor it took all day to dry them. Bed was uncomfortable and pillows were atrocious Cushions and throw rugs felt grimy and generally dirty. Coffee machine supplied with 4 pods - broken and unusable. Not managed by Stays but rather a seperate company called Madecomfy. When I rang in 3 different occasions I was told someone would call me back. They did not. Emailed and got a standard sorry response 24hrs later. Would never stay again and definitely can not recommend. The only good thing was the position of the apartment.

This property is for smokers, it didnt say in the listing. The listing should also include that you need to get key from another location and better details on access and entry. Also there is no heating and needed in winter. Overall ok, but assumed it was non-smoking. Average service as no comms until I followed up on where to go, etc. Then difficult to get help with issues that arose. I wouldnt stay here again.

Check in process
When we arrive to collect out keys (from the 2 allocated boxes), there were keys to access the parking space and nothing to actually access the property in the other box. When I called, I was advised the cleaners were still in the property and we should return to collect the keys a bit later. A couple of hours later I received a phone call from MadeComfy (property managers?) requesting to know the reasons why I was unable to access the property keys. I advised them of my earlier phone call where I had been told the cleaners were still in the property. During the conversation, the operator advised there had been some confusion - and they were trying to locate the keys to the property, and I should await another call. After another 2 hours, I received a call from another operator asking for my story again. So I repeated it. I was placed on hold for 9 mins and then told they would need to look in to it further and I would be called back again. After not hearing from anyone by 4pm, I called for an update. I was asked to email a photo of the keys I had. So I did this. Approx. 30 mins later I received another call advising one of the keys on the garage set was a spare key to the property and I could use it to access the property. I requested confirmation of the apartment number (as there had been some conflicting information passed on to me) and was placed on hold again for another 5 mins. Confirmation was received and we were finally given access to the property just after 5pm and a lot of miscommunication. Definitely not an ideal start to our weekend away. When we placed the keys back in the allocated boxes at checkout. The original keys to access the property were in there. I would certainly be weary of renting another property if I discovered MadeComfy were the property managers(?).

This place is very nice, tidy, and right in the heart of Bradden. The wifi was hacked and infected my partners laptop be cautious.
