Brand New Spacious Woden Apartment - KingBed&WiFi

In central Woden, this spankingly new ultra modern warehouse style apartment offers a lot of space for a one bedroom unit. Beautiful timber floor, soaring high concrete ceilings, full height double glazed windows and large kitchen (with everything you`d expect). The bedroom is huge, King Size bed and large built in wardrobe. Secure undercover car space, rooftop outdoor pool and BBQ areas. Great location in the heart of Woden close to pubs, restaurants, cafes & next door to Westfield.

The Alexander apartment building used to be a large office block for Canberra public servants. A few years ago they were derelict but have now been brought back to life and turned into beautiful warehouse style apartments! Expect exposed concrete, brick, and high ceilings. This is truly a unique find in Canberra. There is also a large rooftop terrace with an outdoor swimming pool and BBQ facilities available, shared with others in the building.

The apartment is equipped with WiFi, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and Nespresso machine.

There is aso heating and cooling. The TV is a Smart TV, so you can access your personal streaming accounts.

The Woden bus interchange is a short 5 minute walk away, connecting you to the rest of Canberra. Westfield Woden is also next door. The unit has one secure car park so you can easily arrive by car. There is unrestricted street parking around the area on week nights and weekends. Driving around Canberra is easy to do and there`s hardly ever lots of traffic on the roads. The apartment itself is wheelchair friendly, with ramp access in and out of the building, and lift access from the ground level to the apartment.

We live locally and can help out if needed. Otherwise, we give you space to enjoy your stay.

Woden has a lot to offer - large shopping centre, open parks, outdoor swimming pool, cinema, library, cafes, bars, restaurants, clubs all within a walk away from this apartment. Woden is central in Canberra and it is easy to drive to anywhere in the city from here.

- There will be a Refundable Security Deposit held ($300). This isn`t a double charge, but a security hold. The hold will take place at the time of booking but will appear on your transactions two days before checkout. It is released after checkout.

Property tired. Linen substandard, sheets and pillow cases below average. No spare pillow cases for additional pillow cases. Old carpet stains on bedroom carpet. While furnishings wiped, need to be wiped dry. Coffee plunger had no glass insert. Stain on chair in bedroom. Needs extensive clean and update.
