Mildew smell
The apartment was dusty/dirty and extremely outdated. The furniture is old and uncomfortable, and the bathrooms have a weird mildew smell. The only thing I liked about this place was the location.

Fully recommend
Great central location for: shopping, theatre, public transport including free cultural loop bus, restrauants and convention centre. 1 bedroon unit was very good with all amenities including free carpark. Unfortunately we didn't receive the housekeeping service as nominated. Receiving the key and contact with agent was very good. Woudl definately stay again.

Very clean, great location, fast response to requests. Unfortunately, although the fan above the gas top stove was extremely loud while switched on, it had little effect in expelling steam or smoke. But this issue is something we’ve experienced in other apartments in this location so the problem is not exclusive to this property. Overall, a great experience, once again.

Good location, could be cleaner
Good experience being checked in. Facilities are fine, but it does need a bit of attention. Went to do laundry, washing machine flashed saying it hadn't been cleaned for at least 100 washes, so I ran the machine wash cycle (3 hours) before using it. Sat on the sofa, and there were biscuit crumbs in the indents in the leather and just under the back cushion there were plenty of crumbs. I picked up something from the floor, found a dried up olive under the sofa and plenty of crumbs. Whoever vacuumed it didn't bother to vacuum under the furniture or clean the furniture. I went to the vacuum and could see why, no one had emptied the vacuum. It was packed full of compacted dust and fluff (see pictures), so after removing all that, I vacuumed. Bed is a bit tired (soft and bouncy), and while cooking facilities are fine, there is a lack of some simple provisions like salt and pepper (which no one wants to buy for a stay of a week). A few more rubbish bags (again I don't want to have to buy a pack of 20 for a week) would have been appreciated too. It's a great location, very convenient, reasonably quiet (as long as nobody talks loudly at 1am outside the door). Wifi was fine (15Mb speed) without limits on devices to be connected. Only Free to Air TV which is ok. I'd stay again, but only if it was a lot cleaner.

Loved the location of the property, it was a short walk across the street to the Canberra Centre and was close to lots of restaurants. The apartments was well appointed and very clean.

Simplythe best Canberra has to offer.
Opposite a beautiful park, next to the Canberra centre, undercover carparking you can use as often as you like, zero noise, close to everything needed for that extra special Canberra stay. This is an apartment in a very secure exclusive residential building with excellent swimming pool, expect the best and you wont be disappointed, highly recommended to all.

Great hotel close to the Canberra CBD.
Staff most helpful and very good place to stay and use for a base to see the sights of Canberra. Canberra had more attractions than we knew. The good bus service made it easy to access the attractions without a car.

Location, Location, perfect little gem
Location was great, straight opposite Glebe park. Just a two minute walk to Canberra Central which has all the usual shops and Supermarkets. Loads of really good eateries within walking distance. Apartment was really clean, good sized rooms. Ours was on the pool level which meant not really good views, but we were out and about all the time so that didn't really matter. Parking was good as it was in the block, on the first level. Good security. The kitchen is really well equipped and well organized. There is plenty of storage as well. I couldn't find a vacuum cleaner, but we were only there a week, so really that wasn't an issue, but I do like to leave a place as I found it. The bathroom is large, again with plenty of storage. Just a couple of suggestions, a bedside table on both sides of the bed is a must, not just one side, same to be said for bedside lamps. We also found the ducted air-conditioning meant that the lounge was really cold but we couldn't seem to get the bedroom cool enough to sleep well. All things considered, we would definitely recommend these apartments and would stay again. The location is great, so close to everything.

Great view, beautiful pool, lovely balcony, great location close to shopping, restaurants and a lovely park. Access to underground parking. Loved having washer and dryer and beautifully appointed kitchen. Had everything we needed and more!

Great views but very basic facilities.
A great spot but quality and comfort disappointing. Only one TV in lounge (nothing in bedroom), couch was extremely uncomfortable. I've found better cutlery and cooking equipment in a backpackers - not what I expect to pay almost $200 pn for. Fridge was next size up from a bar fridge - again not acceptable for a self contained apartment.

Great Apartment
Stayed for 5 nights at the Astra Manhattan, was a great apartment had everything we needed plus the bonus of 2 bathrooms which I didn't realise. As it is an apartment building there is no reception but communication is great with both Duncan & Christian giving mobile numbers if needing anything. Apartments are close to the Canberra Centre for all your shopping along with supermarkets for cooking if needed. Kitchen has all you need to cook as well. Defiantly would recommend or stay again.

Spacious and homely
We spent 8 nights here for work over a long weekend and had a relaxed time. The apartment had everything we needed and right next to the main shops and all the restaurants all in walking distance. Would definitely stay there again.

Not being a normal hotel check in was a little odd. The location is amazing with the canberra centre right next door and walking distance to floriade. The view from the room was breathtaking with views of parliament house and surrounds. The lounge wasn't really set up for a family with one small couch but the kitchen had everything you'd need to self cater. Another tv in the main bedroom would be ideal. Overall the location made up for any other shortfall.

滞在には満足していますが、フロントがないため、事前に時間を知らせて、アパートの前で待ち合わせをして鍵をもらい、部屋の説明をうけるという形で、やや面倒でした。

部屋は綺麗で清潔、ベッドも快適、ロケーションも公園や買物、交通などすべて近くで申し分なかったです。部屋の中はあたたかく、少し暖房を使いましたが使わなくてもいいくらい断念がしっかりしていました。近くで工事をしていて平日は朝から音がしていましたが、窓がしっかりしており閉めていれば音はほぼ入って来ず、静かで問題ありませんでした。ベランダからの景色も綺麗で、とても快適に過ごせました。 ただ、キッチンの換気扇の音がやたら大きくうるさいのと、煙感知器があまりにも繊細で、換気扇を最大につけて普通にお料理した時でも2回ほどアラームが鳴って大変な思いをしました。そこはビルの問題だと思いますが、今まで家でも旅先でもそんな経験した事ないので、直してもらいたいなと思いました。
