This newly furnished and spacious four bedroom townhouse could be your home for a few days. This stunning home is situated in the popular Glasshouse complex at the heart of Franklin. Privacy, comfort and great location walking distance to the tram station all together.

You`ll love the privacy and natural light that flows throughout the interiors and the balconies available on each floor. Enjoy a house with brand new furniture and all the facilities for you to feel at home.
Please note that this is a 3 storey townhouse and with a staircase inside the premises.
BEDROOM: The 3 bedrooms have 1 queen-sized beds each while the 4th bedroom has a double-sized bed. All beds are topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. Also, the bedrooms have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.
BATHROOM: All 3 bathrooms have showers and toilets. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and body wash.
KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you`re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - microwave - oven - dishwasher - hot water kettle - toaster - crockery and cutlery
We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.
LIVING ROOM: The living room has a TV that you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don`t provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your own account.
LAUNDRY AREA: A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board.
PARKING: A dedicated parking space is available for you. If you need more than 1 parking space during your stay, note that there is no visitor parking but there`s a street parking around the complex. Please ensure to read the parking meters.
Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings. There is a key safe for self-check-in.
Only 1 guest key set is provided. Please take care not to lose the keys as their replacement will incur a fee. Losing the keys or leaving it inside the apartment will incur a minimum of $355 charge

**Booking Confirmation** Guest verification is required before your reservation is confirmed (a local council requirement). Simply complete the process within 24 hours of booking — it`s quick and straightforward. Bookings not verified within this window may be automatically cancelled.
**Check-In & Check-Out** - Check-in: from 3:00 PM | Check-out: by 10:00 AM - Need a little flexibility? Reach out in advance and we`ll do our best to accommodate. Please note that unauthorised late departures incur a $110/hour fee.
**No Smoking | No Pets** This is a smoke-free and pet-free home throughout. Violations attract a minimum $400 fee plus any additional cleaning costs. Registered service animals are welcome where required by law.
**Leave It as You Found It** Your cleaning fee covers standard turnover and fresh linen. We simply ask that you leave the space tidy — excessive mess may attract an additional cleaning charge (from $50).
**Registered Guests Only** Only guests named on the booking may stay. Booking for a team or corporate trip? Just let us know in advance — we`re happy to help.
**No Parties or Events** This is a quiet residential neighbourhood — please help us respect it. Guest numbers must not exceed those booked, visitors should depart by 10:00 PM, and quiet hours apply after that time. To maintain the serene ambiance of our accommodation, we enforce a strict no-party rule. A non-negotiable penalty of $2000 will be imposed for any violation, in addition to costs for any damages.
**Families Welcome** Children are warmly welcome! Please note the property is not child-proofed, so supervision is required at all times.
**Bathroom Matters** We kindly request our guests to refrain from flushing wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary items. Discarding them in the provided bin would help to prevent blockages in the sewer system, maintaining the pristine condition of the property.

Clear directions made it easy to find. Clean & comfortable for a large family. No external noise so we all slept well. Bathrooms good & it was very nice to have the option of breakfast cereal provided, although we didn’t use it a nice touch. Within walking distance of shops. Heating worked well.
No advertised working air con in middle of winter. No working TV or fetch box for entire stay. Had to insist handyman come to unit and then were informed he had reported air con not working 4 days prior to my arrival. No attempt to fix fetch box and TV. Stay was not pleasant
