"One of the best stays we’ve had. The Fly Fishing Flat felt as comfortable as our own home, it was super cozy with really great decor. My wife and I both agree, we could see ourselves settling down in a place just like this. We were 12 minutes from Kennedy Space Center and walking distance to great restaurants and the quaint Main Street. You can watch the rockets launch from right outside your unit - it’s directly across the river. The Sunrise is worth waking up for!Communication with Captain Mitch was spot on, he was very responsive. "

"The condo was great, a nice size for a party of 8 although a larger couch in the living room would have been more comfortable. We knew it was a 10-15 minute walk to the beach, so that was no problem but the pool/hot tub area was not the best--the water was murky and there were clumps of hair in both. Also, there was an attendant who circled around us the whole time in the pool, making us feel like we weren't supposed to be there, and he kept telling us and other renters what we weren't allowed to do. So that was unfortunate. Ron the property manager was immediately available for the few questions we had and even brought us some more parking passes, all with a smile! "

"This is a very nice property. The pictures of the outside do this property no justice. The beds were nice. The neighborhood was peaceful. The owner of the property was helpful and responded quickly. I thought I left an item at the property and the owner quickly responded, checked for the item and informed me of the outcome. If we sail out of Port Canaveral again, this property will DEFINITELY be in our list. "

"Fantastic Condo and owner has excellent communication. Location is directly across the street from the private beach access, and ocean views from the condo. Recreation center with pool directly behind the building. Well stocked kitchen, snacks and paper products provided. Will definitely stay again! We love NSB!"

"If you are thinking about booking this property, do it! The property was beautiful and quiet. My husband and I stayed with our two small dogs. It was a very comfortable house for all of us. It was close enough for everything we wanted to do, but it was nice to be away from the very busy tourist areas. "
