"TThe redeeming quality of this property was its proximity to Titus Landing, Harrison, and SR 50. The parking situation was unclear, and I noticed a sign that mentioned no guests after 10 pm; I was unsure if that applied to residents or temporary visitors. It was relatively quiet at night, but noisy during the afternoon with some lively kids running up and down the stairs and hallway outside my room. The room itself was fairly clean, although the bathroom shower area could use a thorough cleaning, as there was evidence of hair on the shower floor. I didn't feel unsafe, the AC worked well, and the bed was comfortable. I would stay here again if I needed a place in the area."

"Overall nice place to stay close to the cruise port, unit is not fancy whatsoever, but it has what you need for a short stay, beds were comfortable. Location is quiet, aka not much around to see or get food. We just ordered uber eat without issue. Lots of lovely paintings around the house, maybe owner is an artist, we enjoyed looking at the arts. "
