"Beautiful historic hotel. Great resturants and bars right in the hotel lobby. Fitness center is huge. Within walking distance of many historic sites within Boston as well as food and shopping. Great central location to everything including public transportation."

"The hotel is in a very central location to Fanhuil Hall, aquarium, many restaurants and bars. Staff were very friendly. We received a room upgrade. Room was large and very nice. Bed was comfortable. Great shower. Small refrigerator. Currently undergoing construction on roof. Nice bar & coffee shop on premises. Valets are wonderful!"

"I came with my kids for a volleyball tournament. It is a perfect distance to the convention center, not too close where you have the hustle and bustle but walkable and safe feeling. The hotel was beautiful and in a beautiful location. The staff was above and beyond the whole time. Really enjoyed our stay and I recommend staying here for sure. "

"The heater is set to never go above 74, if you use the thermostat to set it to 78 the fan goes on but the room never heats up. I had to sleep in pants and a sweater. All rooms are this way, booked here about 5 times because its the best location for me but at this point I'm fed up being cold. The room service just barged in an hour before checkout while I was putting my pants on. "

"From the moment we pulled up we were greeted by the friendliest bellman, he was funny and very helpful. Check in was a breeze, we were greeted with smiles and chocolate. The room was clean and the extras were appreciated. The restaurant attached was excellent as well, delicious food and top knotch service, our server was amazing and helpful.
