Only notified there was no electricity AFTER ckin and signed documents. Smelly pillows, dirty bathroom and annoyed employees. If I knew electricity would be out until 6 pm would have opted for a different hotel, since ckin was extremely misleading

O quarto é adequado, limpo, amplo. O serviço e atendimento são bons. Somente a cozinha (pratos) precisa melhorar muito. O sabor da comida não é bom. Pedimos gnoche e hambúrguer. Os dois pratos deixaram muito a desejar, lembrando que comida de Hotel não é barato. E principalmente por ficar há 8 minutos de um grande shopping, eles deveriam ter uma cozinha de melhor qualidade.

Tive problemas com a minha estadia, pois o hotel estava usando um selante com cheiro muito forte que adentrava os quartos e o pior, entrou no filtro do ar condicionado do meu carro que estava estacionado na garagem do hotel, me gerando transtornos até o presente momento, onde terei que fazer uma limpeza de filtro em meu carro que estava recém saído da concessionária.

Precisam treinar melhor equipe da limpeza

As meninas q fazem a limpeza devem ser orientadas em alguns pontos: 1) tomei água no copo de vidro do quarto e o copo ficou sujo de batom. À noite lá estava o mesmo copo sujo de boca para baixo no apoio de copos, como se tivesse limpo. Ou seja não lavam os copos usado! Ou seja, o copo até deve ter sido usado por clientes anteriores e eles recolocam lá como se estivessem lavados !!!! 2) vim à cidade para o enterro de minha mãe. Entrei rápido no banheiro ao voltar do cemitério para urinar e sujei o chão sem querer com terra do cemitério. À noite tinham varrido, mas nem passaram um pano úmido no chão q estava todo marcado com a terra vermelha. 3) o vaso estava com cheiro meio de esgoto; claramente a limpeza que fazem no vaso é so dar descarga; não lavam com água e sabão.
