A localização não é muito satisfatória.
Estranho foi a Expedia cobrar a estadia antes do checking ou do checkout no hotel, com débito no meu cartão, quando eu não tinha nem assumido a estadia. Estranho, pois viajo o mundo todo e nunca tive conhecimento deste fato. Muito estranho.

No momento do check in, fomos informados de que o quanto não estava disponivel, pois dependia da liberação da limpeza. Foi oferecido outro quarto porem com valor 50% mais caro do que o que eu havia pago. O elevador estava com problemas, no café da manha havias um homem não identificado com roupa do hotel que nnos ofereceu ovos fritos, seus trajes não condiziam.

Não honraram o preço do site
Infelizmente o Hotel não aceitou o mesmo preço do site. Quando cheguei na recepção fui informado que não tinha quarto com cama de casal embora constasse isso na reserva (a reserva foi feita com cama de casal pois tinha viajado a noite toda e queria este conforto). Após várias conversas a recepcionista aceitou me colocar no quarto reservado mas com pagamento da diferença o que achei muito oportunismo. Sempre fiz reservas no Hotéis.com e nunca tive este dissabor. Café da manhã muito fraco. Sem shampoo no banheiro.
