Excelente, porém café da manhã extremamente vegano

A estadia foi muito boa, estrutura excelente, quartos limpos, funcionários atenciosos. Ponto negativo: o café da manhã é extremamente vegano (salsicha de soja, mortadela de soja, etc.), tendo poucas opções não veganas, isso deixou muito a desejar.

O quarto standard luxo é bom. Confortável. Pegamos um com uma vista bonita. O lado ruim é que se esquentar o quarto fica quente. Poderiam colocar pelo menos um ventilador de teto. O hotel é ótimo e muito bonito! O café da manhã é bom. Poucas opções não veganas. Poderiam pelo menos colocar mais um tipo de queijo. Gostamos muito. Nosso pet tbm foi muito bem tratado. Ótima localização!

Foi maravilhosa minha estadia ! Quarto espaçoso (suíte nobre), limpo, confortável, silencioso ! Café da manhã com muitas opções de coisas para comer, eu amei os itens veganos, a granola deles , o café da manhã sem dúvida foi o ponto alto ! Hotel com ótima estrutura para família com brinquedoteca , piscina climatizada, localização no coração do Capivari ! Foi perfeito, quero voltar logo para Campos só pra poder me hospedar de novo neste hotel!

Excelente localização e café da manhã maravilhoso

Hotel excelente, com café da manhã incrível ! Staff muito atencioso. Ótima localização, podendo fazer tudo caminhando. Estacionamento coberto. Com piscina, sauna e spa. Única problema é a falta de ventilador de teto ou ar condicionado nos dias de muito calor. São raros esses dias em Campos de Jordão, mas pegamos dias assim e o quarto ficou muito abafado.

Falta ar condicionado nos quartos!

O Hotel é muito bem localizado e com ótima infraestrutura. Porém os quartos são muito quentes e não possuem ar condicionado, apenas um ventilador de mesa. Isso fez com que tivéssemos que dormir de janela aberta (o que deixa o ambiente mais ruidoso) e o ventilador de mesa não é muito agradável, além de não refrigerar quase nada. Recomendamos avaliar a possibilidade de instalar ar condicionados. Obrigado
