Equipe é maravilhosa e prestativa... solícitos para tudo. Quarto bom, chuveiro bom, localização boa. A unica ressalva é que os quartos nao tem ventilador e nem ar condicionado, provavelmente pelo clima frio da cidade.... porém nessa epoca faz bastante calor e o quarto fica bem quente, resfresca a noite. De resto, nada a reclamar.

Me hospedei de sexta a segunda. A rua é bastante barulhenta, sempre passa carro e moto fazendo muito barulho de madrugada (fiquei hospedada com vista para a montanha). O café da manhã é razoável, dentro dos padrões. Achei a cama um pouco dura, não tem ar condicionado no quarto, então em dias mais quentes é desconfortável. Os atendentes são todos muito atenciosos.

O atendimento foi bom tanto da equipe de colaboradores da recepção como a do café da manhã. O quarto é de bom tamanho, cama confortável e travesseiros bons. O tamanho do banheiro era bom. Os irtens de higiene eram bons. As toalhas, pelo uso, deixam um pouco a desejar. Tive um problema com a lâmpada do banheiro, e rápido foi feito a manutenção. O frigobar não era abastecido.O café da manhã era bom e simples, mas com variedade. A internet wifi não posso avaliar, por não ter usado.

Infelizmente não voltaria

Num geral foi boa. Porém tem alguns pontos que deixaram a desejar. Pra começar não tem elevador da garagem para a recepção, a garagem só tem um acesso, o mesmo que sobe é o que desce, só torcemos para não ter outro carro vindo. Da garagem pra recepção quando está chovendo (que foi o caso) você se molha no trajeto, já que não tem cobertura, somente um pedaço. Nos corredores tinham cheiros ruins, acho que da limpeza dos quartos e não ter ventilação no local. Não achei seguro ficar deixando a chave do quarto na recepção toda vez que fosse sair, uma vez que o quarto não possui cofre e meus pertences ficam expostos, e não vi câmeras em lugar nenhum. Mas os funcionários foram bastante educados, e o quarto estava limpo.

O atendimento foi muito bom, só deixou a desejar na estrutura do quarto. Estava muito frio e o aquecedor não estava funcionando… tivemos que solicitar uma mudança de quarto, o que gerou um trabalho danado de recolher e reorganizar todos nossos pertences e do bebê.

Mofo, sem Wi-Fi , café mediano. Não voltaria

A limpeza deixou a desejar. O mofo em volta da cama aonde respiramos me fez muito mal. No banheiro o mofo tava virando plantas no teto. Na cortina um band-aid !!! O Wi-Fi NÃO FUNCIONA. Pedimos q trocassem a gente de quarto ou colocassem extensão de Wi-Fi mas nada fizeram. Os Leixões são de vó e tinham manchas. O café da manhã só foi bom no fds e bem cedo , pois depois das 9 há não tem muita coisa e durante a semana foi fraco. Os funcionários não são amigáveis . Excluindo o garçom do café da manhã q é muito gentil. No geral : lugar ok mas não ficaria novamente. Gente de verdade , eu morei anos na Irlanda q tem muito mofo e não custa nada passar cloro. Sim! Só isso! Cloro em gel passe com pincel ou cloro líquido passe com esponja .Dai retire o excesso e pronto! Essa limpeza é feita 2 vezes no ano somente e já resolve.
