Bom atendimento, já as instalações deixa a desejar

Acabei não ficando o tempo previsto, e fui para outra hospedagem, pois minha escolha foi principalmente por ter "sala de musculação" e piscina, o conforto deixa muito a desejar, a sala de musculação é insalubre, escura, sem ventilação e repleta de pernilongos, não consegui usar. O café da manhã é bem humilde, e a limpeza do banheiro péssima! Fui muito bem recebida pelos atendentes do Hotel muito educados e atenciosos. O hotel realizou o reembolso imediato da minha diária não usada mesmo sem eu pedir, o que me deixou muito feliz e por isso avaliei bem no geral.

O hotel é bem mediano, pelo valor da diária, poderia ser uma pouco melhor. A água do chuveiro não é muito potente; do quarto se houve muito barulho dos outros quartos; o secador de cabelo desarma o tempo todo durante o uso, funciona por menos de 1 minuto, pára e volta funcionar,tendo que parar e aguardar até o mesmo voltar a funcionar novamente. Pontos positivos: o atendimento é excelente; a cama também é maravilhosa; localização tambem é boa. O café da manhã não tem muita variedade, mas é bem gostoso.

Atendimento ótimo. Mas o hotel começa a mostrar sinais do desgaste e manutenção. Precisava de uma boa manutenção geral ou reforma interna (parte hidráulica, acabamentos, etc). Café da manhã simples mas de excelente qualidade.

Hotel bem localizado, quarto e cama confortáveis. Check in muito tarde, 16 horas. Nunca vi isso num hotel. E alem disso eles não guardam com as malas. Estava num grupo grande, não conseguimos entrar antes. Tivemos que colocar as malas novamente no carro e voltamos a noite, pois tinhamos um evento na cidade. Café da manhã razoável com poucas opções!
