"The location of the hotel is very good for us , but the door key didn’t work , we needed to go down to reception every day to get it re activated , which was annoying because we had already gone upstairs. The internet was not working until we got a code from reception although we registered our name and room number several times and that only worked for one day . Otherwise everything else was fine . The room was clean , the breakfast was nice ."

"We had a great experience here. It was clean, with great staff, and had good complimentary breakfast every morning. What more can you ask for? It’s also in the heart of Prato, a fairly quiet community, with easy access to Florence. The train station is a 10 minute walk away. Pay 2.80 Euros for a one-way ticket from Prato Centrale to Firenze Santa Maria Novella station. The trains back to Prato run pretty late as well, so you don’t have to worry about rushing back to the hotel. If we were to...
