  • Casa Rossa has just been renovated (2026) and is part of Casa Pineta Elba. It is nestled among majestic umbrella pines, just a short walk from the beautiful sandy beach of Marina di Campo. It was renovated in 2026.
    The village centre is within easy walking distance, while a charming one-minute walk through the pine forest leads directly to your spot on the beach.

    Surrounded by nature, the house features a spacious garden and a wonderful shaded pergola, perfect for cooking, dining, relaxing, or enjoying an afternoon nap outdoors.

    The property offers 6 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, including 1–2 en-suite bathrooms, making it ideal for families and groups. Three of the first-floor bedrooms offer beautiful sea views, allowing guests to wake up to the sight of the Mediterranean.
    Families with children are especially welcome. The house is well-equipped for little ones, with a changing pad, two cots, a baby high chair, a toddler high chair, a potty, and plenty of toys and books to keep them entertained.
    Older children (and adults!) can enjoy a range of activities, including table tennis, chess, and a paddleboard for exploring the crystal-clear waters of Marina di Campo.
    We have 6 bikes, including 2 with child seats, and a micro scooter for the little ones!
