Apartment located in a residential area immersed in the pine forest of Marina di Campo, just 150 meters from the sandy beach and 1 km from the centre. The beach can be reached in a few minutes with a pleasant walk, it is partly free and partly equipped and is about 1 km long. The center of Marina di Campo has all the essential services such as restaurants, clubs, shops, pharmacy, supermarkets, etc. The location is among the most renowned on the island and is a popular destination especially for families with children.
The two-room apartment is located on the ground floor of a residential complex and is composed of a living room with kitchenette, large bedroom with double bed and bunk bed, bathroom with shower, outdoor area equipped for outdoor dining, garden and parking space. It also has a washing machine, dishwasher, oven and air conditioning in the room. Linen not present, it is possible to rent sheets and towels (booking in advance) at an extra cost.
