We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.

Apartment consists of a double bedroom that allows the addition of a 3 bed, a large living room (which is accessed from the outdoor porch) with kitchenette and sofa bed for 2 people, a comfortable bathroom with walk-in shower.

- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out before 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a surcharge of € 50,00 must be paid
- small pets allowed, with a cleaning fee of € 30
- deposit (mandatory): 150,00 euro; refunded at the end of stay after viewing the condition of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be refunded before 15.00)
