O funcionário noturno não foi nenhum pouco prestativo e de difícil comunicação, nem boa noite respondia. Parecia que estava fazendo um favor em nos atender (estávamos pedindo apenas informações da cidade/hotel). A pessoa para ser recepcionista de hotel precisa ser no mínimo educada. Além disso, o chuveiro não saía água por completo, estava entupido. Não tinha tomada próxima a cama e o ar condicionado era muito barulhento. Fora isso, estava tudo bem limpo e arrumado, cama confortável. Café da manhã é o básico do básico.

Local ótimo, café da manhã incrível, preço atrativo, apartamento muito confortável, horário de entrada flexível. Só acho que deveriam esclarecer muito sobre a parte de visitantes! Um dos porteiros achou que minha amiga era GP e ela só ia subir para retocar a maquiagem e descer em seguida. Coloquem na descrição/detalhes do lugar o tempo de visita e o que é preciso para tal! Além disso, algumas pessoas transsexuais não tem documento com foto atualizado, deveriam passar a aceitar comprovante cadastral de CPF para a entrada nesses casos. No geral, adorei o hotel, ótimo atendimento dos funcionários!
