Quarto sempre quente devido sol da tarde e ar condicionado funcionando insuficientemente, a 50% da capacidade, nunca esfriando de fato. Funcionária da recepção falando que os piores quartos eram pra quem reservava via sites como Expedia. Um deboche! Evitem o hotel, pois Campo Grande é muito quente. Demais funcionários amáveis na arrumação, café da manhã e os demais da recepção.

Se for para trabalho, até que vai pelo preço!

Minha estadia no Palace Hotel Campo Grande deixou a desejar em alguns aspectos. O principal ponto negativo foi o estacionamento: ele é fechado durante a noite, e o hóspede precisa abrir manualmente o portão para sair, o que não é nada prático. Além disso, o atendimento na recepção noturna foi insatisfatório — o recepcionista sequer respondeu ao meu cumprimento, demonstrando falta de cordialidade. A estrutura do hotel, por ser antiga, também não oferece muito conforto. A cama king do meu quarto era boa, e o chuveiro funcionava bem. A Smart TV funcionava, mas não oferecia canais abertos; só era possível assistir algo por meio de aplicativos como YouTube ou streaming, o que pode ser um problema para quem não utiliza esses serviços. O café da manhã é razoável: simples, com poucas opções, mas cobre o básico. Considerando o preço e as comodidades, a hospedagem pode ser considerada aceitável, mas com ressalvas. Uma dica importante: os quartos localizados nos fundos do hotel são mais silenciosos. Já os quartos da frente sofrem com o barulho intenso da rua e dos comércios ao redor, o que pode atrapalhar o descanso ou o trabalho, especialmente se você estiver em home office. Em resumo, se o objetivo for apenas uma passagem rápida e econômica, pode servir. Mas se busca conforto, silêncio e bom atendimento, talvez seja melhor considerar outras opções. A equipe da manhã foi mais cordial, o que amenizou um pouco a experiência.
