The room given was different from the one we booked (larger, but with 4 single beds instead of 1 double bed). The staff at reception were dull and seemed bored and uninterested. Breakfast was more than good. The surroundings are full of beggars and homeless drug users (can't say it's necessarily unsafe though). Main point is it's OK but way overpriced for what it is.

Quanto bom, com TV a cabo. Ar condicionado e escrivaninha embaixo da televisão, ideal para quem quer utilizá-la como monitor. Hotel bom, recepção atenciosa. Único ponto negativo é a região.

Decepcionante

Nos hospedamos por 2 noites. Viajamos a estudos. Em outras viagens às vezes um ou outro hóspede mal educado tira o sossego da estadia, mas nesse caso foi a primeira vez que passamos por uma situação tão inusitada como essa. Numa hospedagem espera-se no mínimo um ambiente silencioso e educação por parte dos funcionários. Infelizmente não encontramos isso no hotel Internacional. Os funcionários da limpeza, em especial uma senhorinha de óculos, sem total preparo e um mínimo de respeito pelos hóspedes, uma pessoa extremamente barulhenta que muitas vezes parecia estar fazendo de propósito. Conversava alto no corredor, ouvindo música alta, e o celular o tempo todo recebendo mensagens estridentes (com a vinheta da Motorola a cada 2 minutos), e pior falando palavras de baixo calão para seus colegas, em atitudes totalmente inconvenientes e que não condiz com um lugar onde se recebe pessoas que buscam tranquilidade. Fizemos uma reclamação com a recepção no primeiro dia, porém no dia seguinte, o barulho se iniciou mais cedo como uma afronta, se estendendo até a tarde. Fomos prejudicados em nossos estudos, queríamos usar o último dia antes da prova para tirar as últimas dúvidas, mas não tivemos ambiente adequado para isso. Outra questão decepcionante foi o café da manhã, o qual estava frio e o leite também. Tinha variedade de pães, bolos e frutas, porém o café estava frio todos os dias, parecendo café requentado. Não recomendo o Hotel para ninguém. Tivemos somente decepção.

Cordialidade ZERO!!!

Horrível. Funcionários mal humorados, sem educação. Cordialidade ZERO!. O hotel não oferece sequer estacionamento, tivemos que estacionar o carro literalmente na rua (estreitíssima, diga-se de passagem). Café da manhã muito ruim. Deu vontade de sair correndo, mas infelizmente já havia pago a diária antecipadamente na reserva. Não indico a ninguém!
