Péssima escolha.

Ao chegar, me cobraram uma taxa de 100 reais para pet, sendo que no Hotels.com o valor esta discriminado em 85 reais. Alem do valor diferente, o hotel nao se mostrou preparado a receber pets, pois apenas cobraram a taxa e nao disponibilizaram nada, tudo ficando por conta do cliente, ou seja, apenas pediram mais 100 reais para um pet passar a noite e ficando evidenciado tudo no contrato para pet. O banheiro esta molhado (possui vazamento na privada). A cama que reservei era de casal (queen), foi disponivilizada duas camas de solteiro, colchao de solteiro e foram colocadas juntas. Isso nao corresponde a uma cama de casal queen, como em minha reserva, alem de ser desconfortavel pois um colchao era mais alto que o outro, o meio estava uma calha. Noite pessima de sono. Solicitei jantar por aplicativo e como nao foi dado talheres, solicitei ao hotel, a recepcao disse que eles nao tinham e falaram para ligar no restaurante. Liguei no restaurante, o atendente nao sabia informar se poderiam emlrestar um talher e ainda disse que provavelmente poderiam alugar, mediante uma taxa que ele nao sabia informar o valor. Em resumo, nada agradavel por diversos pontos.

Minha experiência no Harbor Self Buriti Suites Hotel foi excelente. Desde o início, fui muito bem recebido por uma equipe atenciosa e cordial, tanto na recepção quanto no restaurante. O café da manhã é muito bem servido, com variedade e sabor, o que tornou as manhãs ainda mais agradáveis. O hotel aparenta ser mais antigo, algo perceptível pelo modelo dos elevadores e pelos móveis, mas está bem conservado e limpo, transmitindo conforto e cuidado com os detalhes. O quarto em que me hospedei era bastante amplo, com uma pia para lavar utensílios e um frigobar — um diferencial interessante para quem gosta de ter mais autonomia durante a estadia. Fiquei no 13º andar e tive uma vista privilegiada da cidade de Campo Grande, o que foi um bônus especial da hospedagem. O único ponto que considero negativo foi o estacionamento. Ele é subterrâneo, com uma única rampa para entrada e saída de veículos, o que gera um pouco de insegurança e dificuldade para manobrar, principalmente em horários de maior movimento. No mais, tudo correu muito bem e recomendo a estadia para quem busca conforto, bom atendimento e um café da manhã caprichado.

Ruim, funcionário da recepção noturna não deu a menor importância para minha reclamação, tinha gente após As 22h conversando alto, o apartamento era no andar baixo, as janelas sem vedação alguma do barulho externo, o recepcionista disse que não ia me arrumar um novo quarto pois seriam duas limpezas de quarto, achei um absurdo um isso, tive que ficar no quarto até que o povo se cansou e saiu.

Bom lugar, que entrega o que promete, pelo preço cobrado. Café da manhã muito bom. Banheiros muito bem limpos e com toalhas limpas e boas. Pecou, para o meu gosto, por não ter disponibilizado sabonete em barra, o que pode não ser um incômodo para outros hóspedes. Quarto amplo, confortável, com bela vista para a cidade.
