Pode melhorar

Poderia ser melhor em diversos itens, por exemplo: mais cordialidade no atendimento, evitar sempre as mesmas coisas no café da manhã diário (diversificar incluindo bolos), mobilia excessivamente desgastada. Além disso, dois pontos me desistimulam a voltar: o sanitário do quarto em que fiquei era grudado ao box-banheira dificultando sentar nele (inacreditável); os quartos por serem duplex, pedem uma tv junto a sala no primeiro piso (somente havia tv no andar superior). Em resumo, a localiozação é ótima, mas a infraestrutura do hotel é mais para afastar do que para atrair os hóspedes. Faço votos que melhorem!

Ótimo lugar porém deve-se melhorar a gestão.

Ótimo lugar, conforto 100%, entretanto o estabelecimento precisa tomar medidas quanto a atenção de seus funcionários, fui alocado em um quarto de outra pessoa, devido a falhas de comunicação e atenção acabei entrando em um quarto de um estranho com os respectivos materiais pessoais ainda no cômodo, isso pode se tornar perigoso a depender da situação.

Horrível.. toalhas horríveis, travesseiros e colchão muito ruins.. O quarto por ser duplex é muito mal planejado. No banheiro não se consegue sentar na privada de forma reta, é preciso sentar de lado, horrivel, pessimo, nao volto nunca mais Somente 1 elevador e muuuuito lento e sujo.

O hotel é bem localizado. Gostei da limpeza das acomodações, mas a decoração é antiga. O café da manhã não tem nada demais e o funcionário do local nem sempre usava máscara. Staff precisa ser melhor treinado.

I used to stay at this hoyel whenever in CG but it is not well maintained and managed. Breakfast was bellow market. Pool was dirty. Elevators... only one working! Wi-Fi... not working (at least on my floor) aske several times to check but the answer was “it has beed lime that” ***then FIX IT!!!
