"I stay there almost 5 days. Everything was good but the problem was for the check-in line. I almost waited 2 hour and 30 minutes that was crazy. They should work on the staff or do something for online check-in. Everything overall was good I enjoyed it and celebrated my birthday."

"This property was really nice. The staff were friendly and super helpful. Diego at the concierge was very helpful. He made the stay extra comfortable and constantly checking to make sure we had everything we needed. Axel and Kenia were helpful and friendly at the coffee house. The gym was very clean.. we took classes with Nelson and Orlando. The servers at the several restaurants were nice and checked every time about allergies like Jose, Christian to name a few were great. My only issues were the limited activities, early close time for the adult only pool and restaurants availability. "

"We recently visited Playa Grande and had one of our best vacations ever. September turned out to be the perfect time to go — the resort wasn’t busy, so it almost felt like we had it to ourselves. The property is absolutely gorgeous, and the staff made the experience even more special. Jair from the entertainment team kept us engaged with fun daily activities, which made the days fly by. The food was outstanding — each meal looked like a work of art and tasted just as amazing. Service by the pool and in all the restaurants was excellent. If I had to suggest anything, it would be to upgrade the in-room TV (it felt a bit small) and address the flies at Calima restaurant. Other than that, everything was perfect. This was truly one of our best vacations, and we’ll definitely be coming back!"
