Boa opção pelo custo-benefício

O atendimento na recepção foi excelente, com uma funcionária muito educada e receptiva. O quarto é espaçoso, tem banheiro privativo e ar condicionado. O café da manhã tem bastante opções e é saboroso. Como pontos de atenção, o ar condicionado é antigo e apresenta um ruído um pouco mais alto que o habitual e o vaso sanitário do banheiro está com baixa vazão.

Gostei do quarto, porém o banheiro deixou muito a desejar. Peguei um quarto com banheiro sem Box ou cortina no chuveiro e para piorar, no local do banho, o piso não tinha queda para o ralo ou rebaixo. Ao tomar banho, molha o banheiro todo.

Atendimento de Check in rápido e eficiente. Estacionamento. Quarto amplo e muito limpo. O único "senão" fica por conta da falta de um frigobar e do trinco do banheiro, que estava quebrado. Mas nada que desabone. O falta de um frigobar foi devido a minha escolha de quarto. Não foi culpa do hotel. Café da manhã fantástico. Enfim, recomendo a hospedagem.

Os funcionários foram atenciosos e educados durante toda a estadia, o que contribuiu para uma boa experiência. No entanto, o hotel precisa melhorar alguns aspectos operacionais: o Wi-Fi apresenta instabilidade, o check-in foi demorado devido à presença de apenas um atendente e uma fila se formou. O quarto não dispõe de geladeira, o que pode ser um inconveniente para hóspedes que desejam armazenar bebidas ou alimentos. Além disso, o estacionamento é pequeno e pode não comportar todos os veículos em horários de pico.

O quarto estava aparentemente renovado, mas tinha problemas sérios que comprometeram o conforto e a estadia. No quarto, os travesseiros eram muito ruins, finos e desconfortáveis. Não havia frigobar e o Wi-Fi não pegava. No banheiro, a torneira de água fria do chuveiro estava emperrada, a caixa acoplada com defeito dificultando a descarga do vaso e o vaso com manchas aparentes indicando falta de higiene. Apesar do colchão confortável, não recomendo.

Dessa vez foi péssimo.

A recepcionista não tinha chave digital para o casal fiz reserva com antecedência pedi longe do refeitório me colocaram bem ao lado, muito barulho. Escolhi quarto casal colocaram no conjugado, casal brigando a noite inteira na porta conjugada dava pra ouvir tudo. Péssimo não volto mais.

O hotel é um pouco escondido. Porém, a estrutura geral é muito boa, o café da manhã é muito gostoso e cheio de bolos e frutas. Os quartos são espaçosos e o chuveiro tem aquecimento. Somente deveriam se atentar a limpeza no ar-condicionado e no exaustor do banheiro que estavam imundos

Razoável ! Poderia melhorar!

As camas são confortáveis, e a equipe do hotel é atenciosa e gentil, sempre disposta a ajudar. O café da manhã é variado. Por outro lado, senti falta de uma pequena geladeira no quarto, o que faria diferença para armazenar bebidas e lanches. O Wi-Fi é fraco e instável. No banheiro, manchas nas torneiras, dando a impressão de limpeza superficial. O estacionamento é um pouco apertado, e manobrar pode ser um desafio, especialmente quando há muitos carros. Barulho bem cedo de colaboradores no corredor onde ficava o quarto , atrapalhando o sono de quem precisar esticar um pouco o descanso.
