As acomodações estavam dentro do esperado e a localização é excelente. O atendimento foi sempre educado e cordial. O café da manhã merece destaque: muito bom, com boas opções e ótima qualidade. Alguns pontos, no entanto, precisam de atenção: Quarto: o ar-condicionado fazia bastante barulho e não resfriava bem o ambiente. Banheiro: havia um pouco de mofo, o chão estava sujo e o chuveiro tinha jatos muito espalhados, o que dificultava o banho.

Foi excelente ! TD incrível , café da manhã maravilhoso , porém chegamos as 18 hs e solicitamos uma flexibilização no horário de saida e só flexibilizaram em 1 hora , sendo q a entrada era 15 hs e saída 12 hs .Acho extremamente errado a diária ter 21 hs .

No geral, é um otimo hotel. Funcionários educados e cordiais. Café da manhã, excelente! Alguns pontos para melhorar: Banheiro, do nosso quarto, parecia bem antigo, sem porta toalhas; Quarto sem suporte para pendurar objetos; Sinal de Internet mto fraco. No mais, passei dias incriveis com minha esposa. Ficamos encantados com Jaguariuna... que cidade linda! Voltaremos, com certeza!

Muito boa localização, a recepção é sempre prestativa, quarto grande e cama confortável, café da manhã com bastante opções. Não aproveitei a área da piscina mas me pareceu ser bem legal. No geral achei tudo bom!

Muita gente chegando ao mesmo tempo e apenas UM RECEPCIONISTA. O controle do ar parou de funcionar. TV a cabo CLARO estava sem os dados de login. Resultado, para ver a tv aberta tive que baixar um APP na TV e logar. NADA PRÁTICO
