Lobby was extremely hot, they don’t turn on the AC. My room wasn’t ready until 3pm even though the check in time is at 2pm, they said bed sheets were arriving late and made me wait in the lobby with no air conditioning.

Visita a Atibaia
O hotel tem boas instalações, ótimo café da manhã, piscinas bonitas, sala de jogos, quarto aconchegante, tv com opção de canais e ótima localização no centro da cidade de Atibaia. Como pontos críticos, ressalto a questão do ruído, onde é possível ouvir o som de pessoas falando, andando no piso superior, abrindo portas do armário, etc. Outro ponto, são os travesseiros muito baixos e duros na minha opinião.

Too expensive for the quality
Shower was terrible, food was very expensive for the bad quality, mattress was awful The only good was the breakfast overall Bad stay for the price!

Great Value!
Very friendly and helpful staff! Good and safe neighborhood, easy access to most parts of the city and lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. In my room, which was on the lower cost bracket, the bathroom was really tight, including the shower area, with no bathtub. But there's a nice living area with TV, dining table and comfortable loveseat. The pool area and fitness centers are nice. I think the cost benefit is great and I'll definitely stay here again!

Comfortable, friendly, reasonably priced.
New boutique-like hotel with adequate accommodations, great friendly staff, fantastic breakfast included, central location, and very reasonable rates. Without a doubt, the best deal in Atibaia.

Only 220w plugs
They only have 220w plugs, which will blow up your hairdryer and iron in case you didn't buy this in Brazil. The hotel advertise a 24-hour restaurant service for in-room service, but they don't have a menu, making impossible to us to order anything. Food: reasonable. Bed and sheets: good.

Fico no Faro em todas minhas viagens, mas ultimamente estão pecando na limpeza. As cortinas estão terrivelmente sujas, tinham lâmpadas do quarto queimadas e a limpeza diária estava precária.

o hotel me surpreendeu. Possui um ótimo custo beneficio, estando próximo de todos os pontos turisticos de Atibaia. O centro gastronomico da cidade esta à 2km do hotel e é de fácil acesso. o hotel possui 2 piscinas incriveis, sendo uma delas aquecida. O hotel é lindo e muito bem decorado. Café da manha bem variado, delicioso. Os colaboradores do local são hiper educados e prestativos. Unico ponto negativo é o fato do estacionamento ser pago, mas deixamos nosso carro na rua em frente ao hotel e deu tudo certo. O bairro é muito tranquilo.

Fiz um pernoite e tive recepção atenciosa . O quarto com roupa de cama a desejar para uma acomodação com o custo pago. O barulho provocado pelo uso das acomodações acima era além do razoável ( uso da agua do chuveiro creio eu no apartamento do andar superior ao meu) . Refrigeração do quarto boa. Café da manha razoável ,poucas opções de frios ...

Rasoavel. O que tenho mais a falar e sobre o quarto, bem o chuveiro demora quase meia hora p esquentar qdo nao esquentava, box solto deixando o chao do banheiro o tempo todo molhado, nosso quarto dava a janela p umas casa c cachorros q latiam desde fas 7 da manha nao conseguiamos dormir ate mais tarde um pouco. O resto considero q foi bom.
