O hotel é bonito com uma estrutura mais antiga. Ele estava bem limpo e isso é um ponto positivo. A localização não é boa. A região do centro é bem delicada. Não recomendo por conta disso. Os funcionários do hotel são de poucas conversas.

No geral, serviu ao propósito de uma estadia curta. Os quartos podiam estar mais bem higienizados, vários pequenos pontos de sujeira encontrados, principalmente nos cantos do banheiro. No guichê de recepção/atendimento, fomos atendidos tanto no check-in quanto no check-out por uma única pessoa, que era responsável por fechar as contas e por buscar os veículos - o que atrasou bastante o processo.

Gostei dos quartos que são amplos e estava muito limpo!! Ponto negativo pro café da manhã , pouca variedade. o café vai até as 10:30, mas quando deu 9h já tinha acabado o pão (que já não era muito) , queijo , apresentado e não teve reposição. O funcionário fica nas mesas limpando o tempo todo tirando a privacidade, porém na hora que acabou as coisas do café ele entrou para cozinha e não votou mais. Até ele ficou constrangido. Os funcionários da recepção não são muito simpáticos da para ver que eles estavam sobrecarregados tendo que atender hóspede, check in e ser manobrista. Fora isso eu recomendo! Voltaria d novo sim. Mas não conte com age da manhã.
