No Where Better for Location & Leisure

Stayed for 1 month in 2019, this time just 3 days, the Hotel is the Best in Brazil i have Stayed at, got a Good Sleep even with the Road Noise, Air Con worked Great and kept the Room Cool. Only 6min walk to Partage SC and Rodoviaria directly across the Road. Car Parking was almost Full (but i have No car) and Secure with Gaurd at the Gate. Only Negative thing i have is the Pool, in All the time i stayed there i did Not go to the Pool, just never had the Time, but Pool looked Fantasic, not huge but was big for the Area. Every time i go to Brazil, to CG i will stay there, will even try other Hotel Village Premium Hotels in other Cities like Joao Pessoa in Future. Thank you Hotel Village!!

O atendente da portaria foi super inflexível. Foi-lhe mostrado que a reserva era para duas pessoas em quarto duplo, mas o rapaz insistiu em cobrar adicional para o outro viajante que pretendia hospedar-se no mesmo quarto. Além disso, o atendente de portaria exigiu que o valor da estadia fosse pago no balcão, quando a Hoteis.com já havia reservado o pagamento no cartão de crédito, ou seja, embora já estivesse com programação de pagar no cartão o atendente queria que eu pagasse novamente sob a promessa de que o setor financeiro haveria de restituir o valor pago, se confirmada a duplicidade de valores creditados. Absurdo!
