We were unable to sleep. There was a hockey team having a party in the hallway outside our door. They were playing ball hockey , drinking and loud. I have never asked for a refund on a hotel room but I am suggesting a refund for this unacceptable stay

The property is clean, great staff and really best bang for the buck. But the bed was absolutely hard as a rock. On a 4 night stay, im completely tired from non stop tossing and turning trying to get a good rest. If your used to a soft bed, this isnt for you.

Conveniently located close to the snowmobile trail, fuel next door. Continental breakfast the next morning. What more can you ask for. Great overnight stay for 4 sledders.

This property has seen better days. The staff were very nice but the room was run down (holes in the carpet, broken down air conditioner full of dirt, huge holes in the parking lot). It is on the edge of town not close to anything. But the beds were comfortable, especially if you like hard pillows that look like big marshmellows. I always thought Comfort Inns were pretty nice, but not this one.

Our stay was going ok until the small ants started climbing around the night stand. The staff quickly filled my request to move us to another room. Unfortunately this happened late in the evening so we went to bed later than planned.

First and foremost, the staff at Comfort Inn deserve high praise. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their warm smiles and willingness to assist with any inquiries or requests made us feel welcomed. Taking everything into consideration, Comfort Inn delivered what was expected from a three-star hotel. It provided reasonable accommodations at an affordable price for a family stay. The breakfast offered a simple selection of options, providing enough variety to satisfy different tastes. It was adequate for starting the day. In terms of the accommodations, the rooms were clean and suitable for a family stay. The amenities were basic, but functional.

While the room was satisfactory there was a constant hum from an outside motor that was connected to the A/C. It ran even when we turned off the ac. Was difficult to get a good night sleep.

Had to book a different hotel it was so bad
Sub par standards. The first room they booked us stunk of stale mold. Old carpets in all the rooms and dim, depressing, dated design. The front desk worker seemed to be a friend or relative of the staff but couldnt solve any problems. He had problems with the key system and seemed disorganized. We had to book another hotel for the 2 nights planned and we are still waiting for a refund for this sub standard hotel. We were in town for a funeral and just drove 10 hours. It was quite disappointing to see this dumpy old hotel after driving so long.
