Disliked: Cleanliness, listing accuracy
House needs work. Neglected. Many things did not work properly including refrigerator, bathtubs, sinks, heating and cooling system. Just needs some TLC and thoughtful attention to small details such as dishcloths, broom or vacuum, some minor kitchen supplies, paper and pens. Maybe a welcome book with instructions. Nice backyard. Great trees (orange, avocado, lemons and limes.
