"The hotel either has the wrong address or it doesn’t exist!If you look at the website pictures for the outside of the hotel and compare it to google maps you not find any resemblance! I tired to phone the hotel no answer, also no response with emails. I contacted Expedia, and they tried to contact the hotel. Expedia response was they are unreachable! I wondered around for literally hours trying to find it, I’ve never felt so uncomfortable and intimidated walking around and getting stared at. I had to book another hotel, which cost me twice as much and no refund was offered. "

"Terrible service. Loud noise on ground floor, put us there even though I booked a superior suite three weeks ago indicating I was staying with a young child. The pool is a little more than a bath tub at the back. No room to relax "
