"Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was clean although we did have ants in our room. The staff at the hotel was attentive to this issue and helped resolve it immediately. The rooms are very thoroughly cleaned. The pool area is nice. Close walk to all there is to offer in town!"

"Maybe i did not check, but surprised to see we had to pay 110 euro for two sunbeds at the beachfront. Shuttle worked fine in and out of Rapallo, and to beachfront, very helpful staff, but no flexibility in 1 km more with the shuttle. Stops only one place. But very helpful with taxi etc etc. No tv in bar or other ouvlic areas for seeing VM in footbal nor Sinner winning Wimbledon;-)"
