"We stayed at this villa for 3 weeks and it has the potential to be fantastic. It’s very spacious with 4 bedrooms, 3 toilets, and plenty of kitchen facilities. The living room has Netflix, there's a full-length mirror, aircon in every room, lots of wardrobe space with hangers, and the location is great easy to park and close to town and beaches.
However, cleanliness was poor on arrival: bins hadn’t been emptied, crumbs on tables, dirty toilets, rubbish in drawers, and brown water from the taps. It felt like it hadn’t been used in a while. Luckily, after we contacted the management company the next day, cleaners came and improved things.
The swimming pool is a great size but clearly needs more regular maintenance. It began developing mould, and during our stay, it was only cleaned once. Toward the end of our stay, wasps and hornets were drawn to the water coming from the aircon unit outside, making the pool less enjoyable though we were mostly at the beach.
In summary: a great villa in terms of space, comfort, and facilities, but cleanliness and maintenance need real improvement. With more consistent care, this property could be perfect."
