Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. It is mandatory to register online at least 24 hours before arrival. This includes the occupants' details required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and making all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery.
