Charming villa with large garden, located in a superb location, in a quiet corner just few steps from a large and sandy beach. Tourist tax of 2 €/person/night not included.
The house is privileged situated at 40 meters from the beach, surrounded by nice environment. An ideal accommodation for families wishing to enjoy the sea, relaxing and sightseeing or groups looking for nightlife, sun and beach. The villa architecture is the typical mediterranean way, opened to the private terrace and garden, light, spacious and fresh. It was built in mid-seventies but bathrooms and kitchen have been renovated recently. The inside is comfortable and spacious, laided out in one floor, with 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full equipped kitchen and a 40 squared meters living room. The outside has a porched terrace, lawns and parking area. General: linen provided, towels provided Outside: terrace, patio, garden, terrace furniture, private parking. Inside: Wi-Fi, heating, fireplace, tv, washing machine, childrens high chair, cot, iron, ironing board Kitchen: dishwasher, freezer, fridge, coffee machine, microwave, oven, blender, toaster Bathroom: shower and bathtub. Beds: 3 double bed and 2 single beds. Check-in will be directly at the house. Tips about the house and the area will be given. I'll be available by phone during the stay if any problem or advise needed. This area has a lot to offer. You can visit Tarragona, at 20 km, the most important spanish city during Roman Empire, with lots of ruins and nice beaches. Or, of course, Barcelona, at 120 km, with its renown gastronomic sites, cultural offers and modernist architecture. If you like fine wine, you can visit some Priorat wineries (at 50 km) and make some unforgettable tastings. And if you are interested in hiking and open-air activities, you can go to Ebro river delta (at 90 km) or Montsant range (at 50 km), both are natural parks with a lot of routes to discover. More information provided on arrival. The location is really strategic, balancing all nearby services and a peaceful and uncrowded atmosphere. The villa is located in a residential suburb of Cambrils, at 3 km from city center, and close to Salou (city center at 3 km as well).
