This was not the actual property that we stayed at. 3 hours before check in we were informed that the house was not available for our confirmed reservation, apparently due to a software glitch that was supposed to have been fixed.Thankfully our host had another property in the area that was available for our use as we had driven over 1000 miles for a very important family event.The substitute home was clean, comfortable and met the majority of our needs.
