"Great"

Fireside Inn on Moonstone Beach

"The door was difficult to close from the outside and had to be slammed. Breakfast was unappetizing, so we went out to eat. There is a lip of the room about 1.5 inches above the hallway floor. California code only permits a 1/4 inch lip, and I tripped over it several times, in spite of a warning tape placed."

"Excellent location next to the beach. Spacious and clean rooms. Unfriendly check in staff. There’s only one restaurant nearby. They don’t take credit cards, more than 1 hour wait(arrived 7pm got seated 8:25pm) but food and staff were excellent. Hotel staff didn’t give other restaurant options. No cell service in the area."

"A lovely and charming spot on our coastal drive! Fabulous location with the boardwalk right at the edge of the property - and fun having the spa and fireplace in our room. The staff were all so sweet and accommodating, especially Lisa, she is a gem! So thoughtful, knowledgeable and professional, she was awesome. If you're driving electric, make sure you have some charge bc the charger can be busy and our charging was a little problematic."
