Disliked: Check-in, listing accuracy
This property would get 3 stars if it were advertised accurately. We expected a luxury 2-bed, 2-bath flat with onsite parking and super-fast Wi-Fi for remote work. Instead, we got an average apartment with terrible Wi-Fi and no parking.Management was a mixed bag. The person was helpful on Friday, using WhatsApp (since their phone lines were down) to resolve check-in issues after our long drive so we didn't have to go home. However, felt the reservations team dismissed us after that first day.We will definitely not stay here again. If you do book, contact Redwood Apartments directly before your cancellation period expires to confirm your exact unit and its amenities.
