"I booked this property to decompress after the Stagecoach country music festival. It was amazing. The grounds were gorgeous, the views were amazing, and it was right down the street from the best beaches in Malibu. Highly recommend trying Vintage Grocers if you book a stay here. Great food. Of course the reason to stay here is the beach, which is incredibly private and gorgeous. This location has a lot of deep beachfront, which properties further south of the pier on PCH do not have. "Pros: The view is gorgeous. The house is amazing and spacious and huge. The area is fantastic. Cons: This is a well used rental, lol. The locks and sliding doors were all kinda jacked up. There were ants everywhere. One fire place didn’t work. The house is lit really dim at night and the hot tub didnt work until the last day. That said, the pros outweighed the cons."
