Above my art gallery, a 3-star establishment located 50 metres from the waterfront, shops, and the GR34 trail, on a quiet little street in the artists’ quarter (pedestrian-only in summer). Everything is within walking distance. Super U is 300 m away. A variety of white-sand beaches—choose whichever suits the wind. All kinds of water sports, rock climbing, fishing, trips to the islands or Brest Harbour, surfing, swimming… The Vauban Tower (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), the Notre-Dame de Rocamadour Chapel, the Lagadjar menhirs, and the headlands: Les Espagnols, Pen-hir, Dinan, Cap de la Chèvre, etc.<br>Accommodation:<br>A 27-square-meter terrace lets you relax on a lounge chair; a table, chairs, a beach umbrella, and a barbecue are available. An arthouse cinema, the Maison des Minéraux, and its activities at the 27 listed sites. Orchids and flowers along the coastal paths, activities on Place St. Thomas on Saturday evenings, Breton dances on Sunday mornings to enjoy with an aperitif—you can also visit Roscanvel and its fortifications, the Goulet de Brest, Morgat, Cap de la Chèvre, and the abers—but right around Camaret alone, you’ll find many magnificent headlands: Tas de Pois, Pen Hat, Toulinguet, and Dinan.<br>Guest access:<br>Entire place:<br>Additional notes:<br>Minimum 7 nights. Linens, made-up beds, towels, etc... Cleaning fee: 150€. During the winter season, I charge for heating based on usage at the listed price per kW.<br>Everything is wiped down with white vinegar or a recommended disinfectant. Light switches, doorknobs, etc. I leave a one-day gap between rentals, and disinfectant products are available for guests to use.
