Hello ma This house will seduce you by its location in the heart of Camaret-sur-Mer with everything nearby, the marina, the beaches and shops less than 1 km.
On the tourism side, the Crozon Peninsula is a hiker's paradise with its steep points and cliffs that offer breathtaking panoramas, its small white sandy coves with a turquoise sea are not to be missed! The Vauban tower, classified in UNESCO is only 2 minutes away by car.
Independent house for 4 persons:
Ground floor: fitted and equipped kitchen (dishwasher, combined freezer, oven and microwave) living room. shower room and separate toilet.
Floor : 1 bedroom with bed 140 and 1 bedroom in mezzanine with 2 beds 90.
Equipment and services : TV 102 cm, Internet WIFI, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, ....
Outside : garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs, outdoor space and private parking
At your arrival, cider and pancakes are waiting for you !
Cleaning fees are waived if the housework is done properly by the tenant.
