About this property

Spacious Apartment in Tuscany

  • Top-floor apartment in Casa Pipistrelli with a private entrance, featuring a bedroom with a king-size bed, a bathroom (shower) with a dressing area, a spacious living room with central heating, and an open-plan kitchenette. Private terrace in an olive grove with lounge chairs, a dining table, and a BBQ. It offers panoramic views of the valley and access to a shared swimming pool on a terrace with breathtaking sunsets.

The property is part of the hamlet of Peralta in Tuscany, a cluster of houses with medieval origins that were discovered in ruins over 40 years ago by the late sculptor Fiore de Henriquez. She gradually restored all the houses and created the unique, inspiring place that today welcomes individual guests, workshops, and more. The tranquility and beauty of Peralta are a wonderful bonus after a busy day out and about. We are just a ten-minute drive from the market town of Camaiore in the valley, where you’ll find several supermarkets, a wonderful deli, good butchers, a fishmonger, a bank, a post office, and more.
