Not far away is the supermarket esselunga heading north and, just across the Via Aurelia, the IperCoop supermarket.
Cross the bridge over Fosso Abbot you enter the town of Viareggio with its well-known promenade and other attractions.
The nearby motorway also allows you to move quickly to Lucca and Pisa and Florence and in the rest of Tuscany.
For those who love the sea even over the mountains, the Apuan Alps offer possibilities for trips and excursions at all levels; a short distance and easy to reach, in the province of Massa Carrara there are the marble quarries which already Michelangelo chose the marble for his works; the nearby town of Pietrasanta offers a series of cultural initiatives and virtually every evening entertainment
In the villa over the spacious living room there are three large double bedrooms and also another room with access to the garden where are located a bunk bed and two single beds more so the total number of beds can be up to 10. On the back there is a space which is accessible directly from the kitchen especially suitable for outdoor dining.
