Internal Description

Villa Filippo is spread over 3 floors and can accommodate up to 8 people, has 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Internet Wifi is included. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and ensuite bathroom with shower. Pets are allowed on request.

Ground floor: The ground floor consists of a welcoming open-space living area, furnished with sofas, armchairs, fireplace, and dining table for 8 people. Going down three steps you will find another sitting room with sofa, armchairs, and tv. The spacious kitchen with direct access to the pergola is fully equipped with: dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave, and toaster. Lastly, next to the kitchen is a toilet.

Ground floor: On the upper level there are 2 double bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom with shower.

On the mezzanine floor (between the first and the second floor) you will find another double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower.

Second floor: The top floor hosts the last double bedroom with private balcony and ensuite bathroom with shower.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity); Internet Wifi.

Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (420.00€). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 1,000.00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
