The FLORA apartment is located in Casale La Fata a recently renovated and renovated Holiday House. Casale LA FATA is a farmhouse with 6 wonderful apartments, a splendid swimming pool, a patio and reserved areas for eating and barbeque. All apartments are autonomous and have reserved areas with outside tables for eating. The apartment is on the first floor, furnished with particular taste and attention, it is one of the most beautiful in the farmhouse. Guests have access to the whole apartment, to the external areas: swimming pool, garden, patio, barbeque and parking area Giulia helps the owners in the management of guests; at check-in there will be one of them who will give all the necessary info The farmhouse has been recently renovated. The area where Il Casale is located is strategically perfect for spending holidays on the hill between Lucca and Versilia; it is a cool and shady area close to the towns of Monsagrati, San Martino in Freddana and Val Promaro, where you can find shops, groceries, pizzerias and supermarkets. The city of Lucca is only 30 minutes away, like the Versilia Sea. The house is in a strategic position and allows you to reach all the cities and neighboring countries in a short time; along the Via Freddana, a stretch of the historic and well-known Via Francigena winds. Going down to the valley it is possible to reach in half an hour the famous town where Giacomo Puccini was born, Torre del Lago, and in the summer months book a ticket for the opera. The cities of Pisa (50 minutes, 35 km), Florence (1h and 30 minutes, 95 km) and Lucca (30 minutes, 18 km) are easily reachable. You can spend your time in complete relaxation, taste delicious typical products, reach the beaches and social life of Versilia (25 minutes, 15km) to take long walks through woods and paths, or to visit ancient countries such as those of the Garfagnana (Barga 59 minutes, 50 km). In the surroundings of the house, there is a famous wine area: Montecarlo di Lucca, where you can find the famous 'Rosso di Montecarlo' (50 minutes, 30 km) where you can visit wineries and take food and wine tours; a few kilometers away the village of Gombitelli (24 minutes, 13 km), famous for its cold cuts, here you can go for excellent snacks or enjoy a lunch or dinner in a typical restaurant; the country of Fabbriche di Vallico, the Turrite river, the Lake of Vagli, the famous Ponte del Diavolo, the marble quarries of Michelangelo and much more can be easily visited. On request it is possible to organize guided tours with expert Environmental Guides. The use of a car is recommended, which can be hired if you arrive at Pisa airport. in common, therefore silence must be respected during the hours 13.00 / 16. 00 and from 23.00 onwards; particularly noisy parties or dinners are not allowed both inside the apartments and outside. The consumption of GAS for heating is NOT INCLUDED IN THE TOTAL PRICE and must be paid separately in cash at check-out after the count of the cubic meters consumed (€ 4 per cubic meter). The farmhouse is close to the SP1, the connecting state road.

Great Vacation, Great Place

We really had a great time – thank you so much!The kids absolutely loved the pool, and it was great to see how well everything was taken care of, especially the pool being cleaned twice a day.The place was perfect – super comfortable and a great base for trips to Lucca, Pisa, the beach, and other beautiful spots in Tuscany.Thanks again for everything – we’d love to come back!

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in Casale La Fata. Een ruim en schoon appartement met een groot, schoon, gezamenlijk zwembad. In een zeer goed onderhouden tuin. Per appartement heb je beschikking over een eigen terras met barbecue en eigen ligstoelen aan het zwembad. De ontvangst was zeer vriendelijk. Parkeren op eigen parkeerterrein. De weg waaraan het appartementencomplex ligt die wordt beschreven in andere recensies is inderdaad aanwezig, maar vonden wij niet heel hinderlijk. 's Nachts oordoppen is wel fijn als je met het raam open slaapt. Er is geen mooi Italiaans dorp in de directe omgeving, maar Lucca ligt op 15 min rijden, wat echt perfect is, en je kan mooi wielrennen in de omgeving.Zeer fijne week gehad.

Sehr schön, top-Pool

Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig und gut ausgestattet, der Pool und die gesamte Umgebung sind sehr schön. sehr gute Restaurants sind mit dem PKW gut zu erreichen, man ist auf dem Land und dennoch nahe am Meer.Einziges Handicap ist, dass das Haus direkt an der durchaus viel befahrenen Straße liegt, dh jemand den Verkehrslärm stört wird nicht glücklich

Es war eine wunderbare Zeit

Das Haus entspricht sehr genau den Bildern auf der Seite. Der Pool ist traumhaft und alles sehr gut und liebevoll gepflegt. Gastgeber sind sehr nett; sprechen allerdings kein Englisch. Nur Italienisch. Der einzige Nachteil an dem Haus ist die Lage direkt an einer vielbefahrenen Straße. Dadurch zum Teil sehr laut.

Schöner Urlaub

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist schön groß und geräumig, sauber und super gepflegt. Der Pool ist ein Traum, und die Lage gut, um Lucca und den Strand zu erreichen. Etwas störend sind lediglich das ziemlich durchgelegene Bett und die nahe Straße, die doch lauter war als erwartet. Das sind aber wirklich nur minimale Einschränkungen einer tollen Wohnung.

Gerne wieder

Super freundlich, super sauber Aber Wohnung Flora sollte man einen großen Spiegel aufhängen im Gang, und ein Regal im Bad das man die Sachen verstauen kann, sonst mega freundlich die Gastgeber 👍👍
