"This is a beautiful inn right next to the water. We had a waterside room and it was very nice. Check in was a bit odd; nobody at the desk and I didn’t get a text with the door code. Had to call and have someone contact the staff person that was elsewhere with another customer. Once they got us checked in, the staff was wonderfully helpful and very friendly! They had snack foods and water bottles at a main desk, but no other food onsite. Rooms were not air conditioned and had no ceiling fan, so it took awhile to cool down before we could sleep (it was unseasonably hot out). We took advantage of beach proximity and spent a lovely hour enjoying the water and views. Overall, a very nice stay and we would definitely stay here again!"

"More than enough room for our family of five. Took advantage of the Kayaks on an awesome day. Very quiet location. Seals on the raft nearby were a fun attraction. House had everything we needed and made for a relaxing stay."

"What a beautiful home! Enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen, comfy beds and the outdoor deck. Went swimming and used the paddle boards that were provided which was a lot of fun. The sunrise and sunsets were amazing and was go fun to watch the tide come in. Perfect for a girls weekend."

"My two best friends and I get together quarterly and stay somewhere over night. Perfect little cabin. We didn’t make any meals but the kitchen seemed pretty well stocked if you wanted to. Backyard was a nice place to sit while the sun went down. Didn’t use the hot tub but it looked clean. My only request is to get rid of the glad plug in air fresheners. . I got an instant headache when I walked in."

"I have rented about 35 homes the past 20 years on 3 continents and this is one of the best! It definitely is the best as far as amenities and how well stocked it is with everything you might need for your stay. It is a beautiful home with fabulous views and better than the listing photos. We had our whole family and grandkids there for a family reunion with cousins from California who stayed in another home nearby. They were jealous as their rental sadly did not compare to this beautiful home we were so fortunate to stay in. The younger ones enjoyed the paddle boards and bikes very much. Our host Kim was wonderful as well. She is the most communicative host I’ve ever worked with. She even arranged for us to reserve the community park for a large event to connect with all the cousins who live nearby. This was truly a wonderful week with many memories made. If you can, rent this home 100%! I would give it 10 stars if I could! Thank you Kim and Arne!"

"Beautiful, spacious home with beautiful views of the Sound from the large elevated patio and beach access (a bit of a walk but worth it). The host was extremely helpful and responsive. Great spot to stay. Also a state park and state beach 10 minutes by car. 40 minutes to Anacortes for whale / orca watching or to catch the Puget Sound Ferry. A little farther to Deception Pass and Rosario Beach tide pools and then on Whidbey Island. Less than 2 hours to North Cascades NPNot much dining options close by but the kitchen is very well stocked. A pretty good grocery store is 10 minutes awayOnly complaint is no washer and dryer. I don’t recall if the listing prominently states that but we didn’t notice it beforehand. Luckily we had enough changes of clothes but pack accordingly"

"Large home on the water. Beach theme throughout the home. Plenty of kitchen supplies. Rocky beach out front with a lovely view looking west. Parts of the house needed a cleaning. Crumbs and crud in with the eating utensils, etc. Master bath floor foot rug needs a cleaning. Garage has a bunch of junk scattered about. Someone needs to go thru and clean things up. Bedrooms and living room were all nice and comfortable."
