"The hosts were very accommodating to our family who was visiting from out of state. Our family had bought a lot of utensils and cooking tools and seasoning for the weekend, but there’s no need to. The home came with those items. We also brought our own paper towels. Always good to have back up just in case. The hosts communicated well and quickly. We loved that the home came with a plug for an electric vehicle. Just need to bring your own cables."

"Such a lovely house with views to die for. Quiet, dead end street. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need. Tom left a lovely welcome card and the most delicious chocolates too. I liked them so much I went and bought more! Tom responded to messages quickly and even checked in on us during the stay to make sure everything was to our liking. Would love to stay again."

"This place has a stunning view and plenty of indoor activities for both kids and adults. We arrived on a cloudy, rainy weekend, but the view was still breathtaking. There were plenty of games to keep the kids entertained, and Grandpa had fun playing pool as well.Compared with the more popular San Juan Islands, this area is just as beautiful but much quieter and less crowded. The nearby Blue Heron restaurant also has great food at very reasonable prices. Overall, it’s a wonderful spot for a relaxing family getaway."

"This house was a great home base for our trip to see family in Stanwood. Good location and proximity to boat launches and parks, as well as some great restaurants. Nice showers and big bathrooms, pet friendly, and comfortable. The view of Port Susan from the upper patio and lower deck with wood-burning fire pit were both fantastic. We had a bit of a hiccup checking in when the keypad malfunctioned, but management was easily reachable and helped us gain entry within 5 minutes. The open kitchen was fairly well stocked, and set up nicely for cooking while being part of the group. The farmer’s sink and center stove range in the island made it easy to clean and cook our salmon catch of the day!"
