Contacted the property manager and they only told us to be sympathetic to their situation and then stopped responding overall. "I would score a 7/10. It’s a very nice hotel, the setting is beautiful however other than a day trip you will stay in the resort. The breakfast was great , with high quality options. Lunch and dinner was expensive for Vietnam but good. We did experience some slow service and a feeling some of the staff needed more training. I want to qualify my comments by saying all the staff tried but seemed to lack direction. "
