Our room was faultless - clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful view from the balcony. Supermarket right in front, beach just over the pavement. No clubs or very loud bars close by - these were located by the Deya apartments which is a 15min walk away. Lots of shops and restaurants. Both receptionists we met were kind and very helpful. We'd love to go back !

Beach across the road, supermarket downstairs, the place was so convenient. Lovely sea view from apartment where I saw sunsets and sun rises. Eating from balcony was cool too.

It was an excellent vacation and apartment. Everything went smoothly. There was no problem throughout the stay. The only problem we faced was wait for check in:3-4 hours. And we had to pay for parking 15€ per day which I found costly. The cleaning wasn't done regularly. There were all the amenities available in the apartment. Overall we enjoyed.

Was clean however sofa bed was broken and bowed, took mattress off bed to see it was held together with zip ties. Approached about the matter and lied saying they offered to change our room. Good placement of hotel and lady on arrival at reception was polite.

Fantastic time

Fantastic hotel, close to everything but far enough away not to be woken by drunken revellers. Apartment was spotless. Basically furnished but everything you need. Comfortable beds with sparkling crisp white sheets. Only stayed for 4 days and had 3 towel changes 😀. The pool area - sadly the beds aren’t comfortable and the floor is grubby and sticky. Think the pool security guy could def be doing more than sitting down all day. He could be cleaning up rather than ignoring dirt.

the accommodation is miserable. old, obsolete facilities, lack of maintenance, dirty, etc. The location is perfect, but it is a shame that they do not have facilities commensurate with the price and the place. The apartment is one of the worst I have visited in my 50 years…. zero recommended!!!!

Disappointed

The apartment was cleanish when we arrived, floors, bathroom and bedding were clean but there were smears on walls and windows that were pretty unpleasant. Furniture was just about sufficient but tired, one out of four mattresses had springs poking through and drawers were broken etc. The communal areas were pretty grotty, a lot of litter and not tidied while we were there. This is not really a family apart-hotel, most of the other residents were drunk teenagers.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal. Les 2 piscines un vrai atout. On a juste à traverser la rue et on est déjà à la plage. Très grand complexe. Sur 5 personnels à la réception seule 1 parlait français. Notre chambre située juste en face de la piscine donc on pouvait surveiller nos enfants depuis la chambre. Le logement assez spacieux, mais par contre le canapé sur lequel on devait dormir était cassé, il sont venus le réparer mais à peine assis les liens se sont cassés. De tout le séjour on a dormi par terre. Le matelas du canapé était dégueulasse de trace de rouille. Les serviettes propres étaient soit tachés soit troués. Certains draps étaient tachés. Pas d'égouttoir pour faire la vaisselle. Des insectes morts sur les murs.

Katastrophe, nie mehr wieder!!!!

Die Dame an der Rezeption war nett und hat uns alles erklärt, als wir dann auf das Zimmer gingen, haben wir festgestellt, dass beide Klimaanlagen nicht funktionierten, die Klimaanlage ist mindestens 10 Jahre alt, ich habe das gleich der Dame mitgeteilt, sie meinte nur "in 1 Stunde wird jemand kommen" aber an diesem Abend kam niemand mehr, und wir mussten bei 30 Grad innen temperatur schlafen, zudem hört man die Strasse und die anderen Betrunkenen Hotel Gäste, man hört wirklich alles in diesem Zimmer, sogar das Zähneputzen, wie die Türe zugeschlagen wird, Musik, Aufzug, Toilette, der Pool ist sehr schmutzig, auch platzt die Farbe ab, zudem kostet der Parkplatz 15€, ich empfehle euch dieses Hotel zu meiden!!! Genau genau darum hat dieses Hotel nur 1 Stern, selbst der ist zu viel, der Strand ist auch nichts besonderes.
