- The landlord does only accept families and couples older than 30 years old, with or without children. Parties are not allowed. Beautiful villa in Costa de la Calma, Calvia, equipped for up to 8 people.
This property is distributed in 2 floors with open views, and has 4 double bedrooms (one with a bed of 180 cm, two with a 150 cm bed and one with two single beds), 3 bathrooms with bathtubs and / or showers and a hydromassage, fully fitted kitchen with appliances, living room with satellite TV and table with chairs for up to 6 people. The house has air conditioning on first floor and Internet WIFI.
The exteriors cover approximately 900 square meters, and you can enjoy a garden of 200 meters, a private pool with 2 sun loungers and garden furniture. Educated pets are welcome, however you should consult before booking.
In the vicinity there is a supermarket at 2 km, as well as bar / restaurant, Golf of Santa Ponça, pharmacy and a medical center. Closer, about 1 kilometer away, is the Playa de Santa Ponça.
